  5. Does Mercy’s Playhouse provide food?

We feed our children enrolled in our daycare program breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the scheduled time. For after hours drop-in service, we will provide snacks but we recommend parents prepare food for the child if staying for an extended amount of time. No child will be left hungry.

  6. If I paid for the week and missed a couple of days, will I be refunded those missing days?

There are no refunds after the week has been paid.

  7. My school aged child has online learning classes. Will my child be able to attend their classes at your facility?

We have adequate wi-fi connection at Mercy’s Playhouse so your child shouldn’t have issues accessing their classes and homework. The child will also have a designated area to avoid distractions from other students.

  8. Can my child bring a toy from home?

Due to several issues such as lost items and disruptions, we found it best to prohibit toys from home. This helps contributes to a more cohesive environment at the facility. Phones, tablets, and computers are still accepted.
